Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

   • Bookings may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been started.

   • A £10 administration fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

   • After 14 days, enrolments are non-refundable.

   • No refund will be issued once the course has been commenced.
     
     

2. Course Duration and Extensions

   • The course is designed to be completed within 7 weeks. Learners are expected to allocate sufficient time to complete all modules.

   • If additional time is required, a monthly subscription extension fee will apply. Subscriptions are the responsibility of the learner; they are non-refundable, and we have no control over their renewal or cancellation.

   • If a course lapses beyond the 7-week period without an extension in place, learners will be required to re-enrol after 12 months. This is necessary as practices, safety guidelines, and knowledge evolve over time. Re-training ensures that certification reflects current standards.
     
     

3. Historical Enrolments

   • Students who enrolled prior to 2023 were customers of the previous ownership. These records have been archived.

   • The course is now owned and operated by TIME WELLNESS LTD. Only enrolments that were active at the time of the business transfer have been retained.
     
     

4. Course Completion

   • Failure to complete the course, in whole or in part, does not constitute grounds for a full or partial refund.
     
     

5. Refund Process

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of your request.

   • Refunds will be made to the original payment card.

   • For purchases made in other currencies, we cannot compensate for fluctuations in exchange rates.
     
     

6. Course Access and Use

   • This course is not cascade training. Enrolment does not grant the right to share course materials or to teach them to others.

   • Accounts may be suspended if multiple logins from several devices suggest account sharing, which is a breach of these terms.

   • The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to complete coursework is strictly prohibited. Breaches may result in removal from the course without refund.
     
     

7. Learner Suitability and Safety

   • We retain the right to refuse training to any individual we determine may not be suitable for the course. Safety is our primary concern.

   • Learners must disclose any medical conditions or reasonable adjustments that may require additional support prior to enrolment. Requests for additional time made after the course has commenced will not be accepted without prior approval.
     
     

8. Refund Requests and Queries

   • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@aromaforbirth.com

   • Please use the same address for any queries regarding this policy.
     
     

9. Assessment Attempts

   • Learners who do not pass an assessment after three attempts should contact us at the email above.

   • Additional attempts may be subject to further fees.
